TAKKION is proud to announce that two of our transportation professionals, Ceelio Reyes and Milo Mondle, were recently recognized by the Wyoming Trucking Association (WTA) with some of the trucking industry’s highest honors. These awards celebrate outstanding achievements in fleet maintenance, commercial driving safety, leadership, and commitment to excellence—values that are central to TAKKION’s mission across the renewable energy and transportation industries.
Ceelio Reyes Named Wyoming Trucking Association Mechanic of the Year
With more than three decades of experience in the trucking industry, Ceelio Reyes has built a reputation as one of the most respected maintenance professionals in Wyoming. The Wyoming Trucking Association recognized Ceelio as its Mechanic of the Year for his exceptional technical expertise, leadership, and dedication to fleet reliability and safety.
As TAKKION’s Assistant Shop Manager, Ceelio has played a critical role in transforming maintenance operations. Under his leadership, the percentage of repairs completed in-house increased from 42% to 92%, significantly reducing outsourcing costs and improving operational efficiency. His efforts have also contributed to a 40% reduction in fleet downtime, helping keep equipment on the road and projects on schedule.
Beyond the numbers, Ceelio is known for mentoring team members, promoting safe maintenance practices, and ensuring every vehicle meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.
Milo Mondle Recognized as Driver of the Year
The Wyoming Trucking Association also honored Milo Mondle as both the 2025 Driver of the Third Quarter and the 2025 Driver of the Year.
Milo’s career is defined by professionalism, safety, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Throughout his career, he has accumulated more than 2.5 million safe driving miles while hauling some of the most complex and oversized loads in the country. His ability to safely transport specialized equipment through challenging conditions has made him a trusted member of the TAKKION transportation team.
In addition to his driving accomplishments, Milo is recognized for his willingness to help others. Whether assisting motorists involved in roadside accidents or responding during medical emergencies, he consistently demonstrates the character and professionalism that define the trucking industry at its best.
A Reflection of TAKKION’s Commitment to Safety and Excellence
While these awards recognize the achievements of two outstanding individuals, they also reflect the culture that drives TAKKION’s success. Safety, teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence are foundational values across every department, from transportation and logistics to field services and renewable energy support.
We were honored to have several TAKKION team members present to celebrate this achievement, including Matt Orr, Jesse Archer, Mike Pantuso, and Jarrett Carter, who was also recognized by the Wyoming Trucking Association as WTA Board Rookie of the Year.
Please join us in congratulating Ceelio Reyes and Milo Mondle on these well-deserved honors. Their dedication, expertise, and commitment to doing the job right continue to strengthen TAKKION’s reputation as a leader in transportation, logistics, and renewable energy support services.
